I believe there are people with good faith in this dealership, but personally I had horrible experience here. I bought a car and an extended warranty here with a strong recommendation of the manager(or whoever signs the paper with you at the end) named Scott. After few months I felt like I don't need the extended warranty anymore and as Scott told me to just call him anytime if I want to cancel just "anytime". I liked how he convinced me how easy it is to cancel. First time I called him he told me he would process it. So I waited good 2 weeks. Nothing came up. I called him again and he says he is busy! I went to the dealership and asked someone else and they told me nothing has been initiated and he wasn't in the office so I called him again. He said he will check it when he comes back to office. Nothing happens. I called him he told me to leave him my number and name LOL. I did. Nothing happened. I called him again he says he is in the doctor's office. From that point he started to just ignore me. The thing is he actually meant to "Lie". I called the company and asked for someone else to take care of this matter and he immediately sent me a "Form" YES YOU NEED A FORM and Scott has been telling me he will take care of it and money will be sent to the bank 6 weeks later when he needs to send me a cancellation form. Very Very Very unfaithful. Yes I admit he looks nice in person. The way he treat you before you sign, perfect. That's all. You are just $$ after all. No professionalism, No respect, and unfaithful. Avoid this "manager" at all cost not the dealership. Yes I tried. At least 20+ time to get him to do anything.

In October of 2022, I went to this dealership to view a Toyota Prius that had been listed on their website for around 10 days. We had scheduled an appointment with their salesperson, Arthur, regarding this specific vehicle. Upon arrival we were told that Arthur couldn’t honor the appointment as he was helping another couple so he enlisted his coworker, Sam, to assist us. Kind Sam pulls the car around and to all of our surprise, the car was still in the original state from when it arrived to the dealership. It had not been detailed, the the rear light was cracked, and back tire was flat rendering completely unable to be driven. The trash from the previous owner was in a pile in the passenger side seat. We politely expressed our frustration as it took around an hour to get to the dealership with public transportation. We didn’t hear a single apology or an ounce of remorse for the situation. Sam guided us to a middle aged bald gentleman in a suit at the front desk who offered only a smug “welcome to come back” once the car is detailed. They then offered to look up Priuses at their other locations. They found one in Renton and told us to go have lunch while they get it driven over to the Bellevue location. About an hour later we got a call that this car was being looked at by another customer. We then counted our losses and made our way back home. In sum, our experience with this dealership was a negative one. They lacked empathy, respect, and preparedness. That being said, mistakes happen and I can’t imagine this is a common occurrence. I would hope not. What can be done is to uphold appointment schedules and to be cognizant of the car’s actual state so that no time is wasted. Also, maybe one shouldn’t aim to buy a Prius at a Mercedes dealership. I sincerely wish the best for Sam and Arthur.

Was told they had an amg 53, told they needed my vehicle asap, the amg 53 isn’t going to last. Drove three hours, the amg 53 turned out to be an amg 43. They asked for my keys to inspect my vehicle. Then wouldn’t give my keys back for maybe an hour and a half. After i pretty much demanded they get my keys. Didn’t think dealerships still played the hold his keys until we get a deal thing.

Horrible dealership, we found a vehicle online we were interested in purchasing. Spoke to salesman several times that day. Asked for more pics/walk around video as we were going to travel over 500 miles to pick up vehicle and wanted to be sure what we were getting! A few hours later he sent a text that they had a glitch and vehicle should have been listed for 3,000.00 MORE. OOPS, so price just went up! What a dishonest and unethical dealership. I would not purchase anything from them, buyer beware. Makes you wonder what else they LIE about?

Initially had a problem with service where they performed services I did not request or need and my bill was much higher than I was expecting. Then the service manager contacted me and upon hearing about my bad experience, he made things right to keep my trust and earn my repeat business. I believe the service manager truly cares about his customer's satisfaction and for that I will continue to have my car serviced here.

The car had just arrived at the dealer but they were able to get it through their inspection and maintenance team before I got there, then they put it through a full detail that night and I picked up the car the next morning.

Update: Do NOT buy the very expensive warranty they offer for used cars. Had my first repair and was told it doesn't cover oil and gasket leaks. If you'll buy a used car, come early and insist on seeing a cold start. They sold me a BMW with a broken valve that rattles pretty badly on cold start. Unsurprisingly, they completely ignored me when I complained about it later, but a mechanic confirmed what it was.

Took my E350 in for rear brake pad replacement. Dropped it off the night before the due appointment. Prior to making the appointment I called and inquired about the cost of replacing the rear brake pads and was told it would be around $320. When the service advisor finally texted me at the end of the day, after leaving him several messages inquiring about the status of my vehicle, he told me it will cost $890 plus tax. He sent me a video from his mechanic showing the rear tires while the car is still on the ground. I told him not to do the work and I would come get the car. When I got to the dealership I asked the advisor how could they tell what needed to be done without taking the wheels off to which he said the mechanics can tell and they told him it needed the pads and new rotors. I find it hard to believe that a mechanic can tell what is needed to be done by just taking a quick look. It happened I took the car to Park Place and they said it only needed pads after they actually removed the wheels and inspected the braking system. This is not the same place it was during Bob Humphrey days. I can no longer trust this place due to poor customer service and dishonest diagnosis to just make clients pay for unnecessary work.

This review is for the service department - I request and only work with Jacob Lawler every time I come to get my car serviced here because of his customer service skills and knowledge of the vehicles after being a tech himself for so many years. I always walk (or drive away) feeling good about the job done on my car and feeling like I was well-treated as a customer. You don't come across genuine and honest car people all the time but I definitely feel that vibe with Jacob. As for the rest of the service department, they do a wonderful job at greeting you immediately as you pull up into their shop. It is always so busy in there and I am impressed with their ability to keep up with the demand. There is a gentleman who I do not know his name, but he always wears a black hat - nicest greeter there is, always greets by name and is very welcoming. I've also never had any trouble with waiting too long to get a loaner car as my car is getting serviced which is a huge plus.

Dropped the vehicle at 60k miles, for 60k service after buying and paying in advance for 3 service package for 60,70,80k services. But they did 50k service, which was already done at 50k. Unacceptable! Discovered that after a year when went at 70k miles for 70k service. Lesson learnt, don’t trust them. Double check what they did vs what they said. Applied that lesson at 80k; they said they did 80k service which is noted in work order, but the invoice says 70k service. Same issue repeated. After confronting, the drama of good cop bad cop, calling supervisor and false promises to investigate and get back in two days; but left hanging. After over 10 years and owning two new Mercedes vehicles, now thinking seriously to sell this one and switch to another brand. Lost trust.

Autonation has ruined this dealership. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone in the service department, even if you're checking the status of your service. When trying to schedule service for a recall over the phone was told first that the part was not available and was being manufactured (despite the fact that there's a CAL and MB urges owners to get the modification ASAP) and that they'd call me back. They didn't so two weeks later I called MB directly and they told me to try MB Seattle because they would deliver a better experience but I thought Bellevue really couldn't be that bad so tried again. Finally after sitting on hold for 60 minutes STILL only get to talk to an Autonation call center who was not physically at the dealership and kept referring to the dealership as BMW (?!), they still couldn't connect me to someone directly at the dealership I had questions for (how long will the service take, can I drop my car off two days early because I will be out of town, etc -- really difficult questions). Finally get my car scheduled and once my appointment was confirmed was sent an advisor's contact information for any questions around my service -- who I emailed multiple times over two weeks and got no response. Left a VM. Called back and they didn't know what my appointment was for. Finally called Seattle and had the appt scheduled in 5 minutes with a live body physically at the local dealership AND had my questions answered. I reiterate, Autonation has completely ruined this dealership. Lesson learned--drive the extra 20 minutes to go to Seattle MB and spare yourself the time and headache.

Just got my new Benz 20k service done. To be honest, except the buying experience was great( I had a good sales) I have been really disappointed by the service I have received from this dealership. After the purchase, i went back there 4 weeks(ish) later to pick up my license plates, except having someone put it on for me(other dealership would do that), they hang over the license plate and told me to bring that to the service. I did that and i want stood there for like 15-20 mins, no body ever wanted to ask to offer a help. so I left and put in on myself when I got home. 2nd time was an ok experience, I got there and waited about 15 mins, my service guy took care of me and it was smooth. 3rd time( most recent one), I did not like the experience at all. I got there 30 mins early and I expected to wait longer since I was early.. I waited about 15 mins. I was standing by the door talking with my mom and she told me someone maybe calling my name. I turn around and one of the service guy walking toward me, I didn't hear him say anything and i pointed my finger to me and ask him if he was looking for me, he said " if you are xxx yes I am talking to you". Then my service guy came to me and took care of the check in process. After all was done, he texted me a estimate to look into before I pick up my car, he asked for my email and I provided, waited 30-40 mins, no email comes. Well I guess I would just pick up my car then...When I picking up my car, my service guy didn't even come out and talk to me, he gave the bill to a front desk and he took my card to the service guy then charge me. I wouldn't say they are rude but they were not really care and nice. I love my car and planning to keep it for a long time, but I will never bring my car back to this dealer for a service.

Been going to this shop to have my Mercedes serviced for 4 years. Scheduled my 50k service online for Saturday afternoon. Arrived at the shop, line out the door. Service team finally came and checked us in 45 mins later. Gave us a $2k quote and asked to keep our car overnight because they were “backed up.” Asked us to come back on Monday afternoon. Gave us a loaner car and we left. Monday came, no message from service team. Called 2x, got transferred to service team, no answer. Text our POC, no response. We went into the shop on Tuesday. Our car was “just being finished.” New service member assisted us because the originally assigned member was enjoying their day off. They has not completed various parts of the service including a tire rotation which we specifically asked for (we have a front wheel drive). They asked us to come back another time to have that service completed. Paid $1,500, returned the loaner and left. Next day, check engine light appeared on our dash. Called the shop and the AutoNation rep told us that this location is having a lot of issues with customer service and service complaints. He apologized and suggested that we look for another shop because they can’t keep up with the complaints. To date, no follow up from Mercedes Bellevue. No email, no call, no text. Nothing. Should add that while waiting for our car, we overheard a few other people complaining that they had never received calls about their car’s updates, etc. Avoid this shop at all costs. The Mercedes shop in Seattle (different owner) is much better. And understands customer service.

I'm shocked at how good these guys are. After finally getting my car repaired from an unfortunate accident, I had the unfortunate back luck of having a rock fly through my windshield not quite 2 weeks later. Not only did MB Bellevue make the windshield replacement and recalibration process seamless, but they fixed some incomplete repairs from the auto rebuild company. I was seriously impressed with their high level of attention, customer service, communication, and precision from start to finish. They even identified where the rebuild company had not completed work they claimed they had. Although finding the incomplete repairs was disappointing, it gained me a huge amount of trust with the excellent service staff at MB Bellevue. It sounds clich�, but it's why I'll only trust bringing my car into the dealer for repairs.

Recently, we bought a Mercedes Benz GLC 300 2022 in the Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue, we have kind of the mixed feeling to the overall experience. The sales on the 1st day may thought we were just looking around(or may not their targeted customers), so they are not really passionate about answer questions, even though I am trying to send email or text them, I did not get the necessary responses. Later on, I dive the my Subaru to trade in, and finalized the purchase with cash. The sales are very active during the process, she drive me home to get the Check, help to take photos on the new vehicle with me my wife, and we are happy with that. After that, we have a few conversations and quite disappointed , and rarely get the in time response, or no response at all sometimes. I forget to take the GoodToGo tag in my trade in car, and so I leave a message to the sale person, and she told me that she will take care of that. However, when I dropped by the store to take it, I believe she has forgotten this ask totally, and broken the tag during the removal process. Since it was my fault to forget to take it out, but she come out and said she will give a mats for the car which may worth >$500, and said will drop off that to my home once received, and she said want a good review or survey. And couple of weeks later, when I double checked with the sales, she said that I will not eligible to get it because of I did not submit the survey. I feel confused and disappointed. She said the management will call back to me, but certainly I did not receive any call back as expected. I am little more worried about what kind of car maintenance service I will receive later on. Update: I did not receive any call back after the owner replied.

Wow, I have been to several dealerships in the past but this one was by far the most untrusting and disrespectful. They didn't have what I was initially looking for, which was a GLE or E class. So after doing some quick research, I saw some good things about the GLA AMG and wanted to test drive that instead. Gosh, it took an arm and leg to even get in one. They had to ask me very suspicious questions like "why were you first interested in a GLE but are now interested in a GLA?" and "what is your budget?". After no less than half an hour of questions as well as getting all of my personal information including where I lived did they finally allow me to test drive one. They also said it was their policy to have the salesman accompany me on the test drive, which is not the case with BMW, Audi, Land Rover, and other dealerships that I've been to in the past. During the drive, the salesman bragged about how he drove a Porsche himself and his uncle drove a Quadrifoglio. I didn't mind that as much, but then his next statement was completely bizarre and uncalled for. He said "so you told me your budget was $60k, which unfortunately puts the GLE out of your price range". So I think I'm intelligent enough to be the judge of my own budget. And how would you know that I'm not flexible with the number that I gave you anyway? After the drive, I was ready to leave but the salesman made me wait for another 15 minutes or so while he gathered all the financing numbers. He insisted on explaining all the numbers even though I already told him that I was still shopping around and not close to making any decision yet. Thanks for wasting my time, Mercedes of Bellevue. Even if I still wanted a Mercedes, I will gladly give my money to a more respectful and courteous dealership out of principle.

The worst Mercedes dealership in Seattle area. Living near Bellevue so come to this dealership makes the most sense to me. I am not the kind of person very picky or try to find the best deal, save time is my top priority. With this being said, please go to other Mercedes dealership if possible but not this Bellevue one. It will save both your time and money! 1. I was there on time for my GLE maintenance appointment. After sign in I have to wait more than 1 hour and still nobody come to help me. They just told me my assigned manager is busy so I have to wait longer and longer. Meanwhile, all of the people come after me get helped, which makes me upset. 2. Another time I was there to fix a flat tire. They told me they can not fix it and can only replace a new one. It was a brand new tire less than 1000 miles, another autoshop nearby surprisedly fix it for free.(saying it is so simple to fix so can't charge me). 3. When I tried to purchase my Mercedes car here(before Pandemic), no sales even have patience to talk to me. I ended up with bought my car in Seattle dealership.

Great Cars, friendly staff, but unfortunately mediocre service at best. You'd figure you would get phenomenal service with the Mercedes name, but at the end of the day, it's just an overpriced auto shop. Apparently the annual scheduled maintenances that Mercedes requires you to get does not include tire rotation (for $1000, what does this over priced oil change really include). So, 2 years and 20k miles after getting new tires, are told we need new tires. Guess that's what we should expect from a high performance car? Never look at the bills, but imagine our surprise of declining new wiper blades (we haven't had to use them in 9 months, they are brand new), to find that they charged us to replace them anyway? And $6 for windshield washing fluid? Let's just nickel and dime the customers for everything. Next thing you'll know there is a $5 charge to make an appointment over the phone. Afraid Mercedes of Bellevue is now just another generic auto body shop that is out for a quick buck. But hey, it's a step up from the Mercedes of Fife where they leave your car unlocked in the parking lot so that your chargers and gift cards in the glove box get stolen. Time to find a reliable corner mechanic.

Great cars, friendly staff, mediocre service at best. Wouldn't recommend getting any service done here - overall service and customer satisfaction has gone downhill over the years. The icing on the cake was getting charged $40 for new windshield wipers, after declining this. No real benefit to bringing car back here other than convenience. Not to mention was half way home and realized they didn't even reset the tire pressure 🙄

Lots of the typical dealership behavior: poor or slow communication unless it's about making money for them, multiple upselling attempts despite clear direction that I was uninterested the first time, license plates weren't delivered until a week after the temporary tags expired (and many calls and messages to try and track them down), and has a huge amount of room for improvement when it comes to being organized in their paperwork (don't expect to be able to a quick delivery like you can with Tesla, you'll be here for a couple hours) The two things that are in their favor: they found me a car that matched my desired build (mostly) and got it delivered from out of state fairly quickly (credit goes to the other dealer though) and their parts department was great

My left low beam light was out snd I tried to replace the light bulb but it did not work. They found out a pin was tilted. I also had oil changes which is $290 while the service shop I used to go is much more expensive than here. They always have free shuttle service which now is Lyft, very convenient!

We have been with Mercedes for quite a number of years now and have received good service over that time. More recently we had issues with the tires on our S550, and after a lot of back and forth, we were able to get the issue resolved and get the car back home. Though it did take a bit longer than we would have liked, Josh was really super helpful in making sure everything was squared away. I am very happy with the purchase made through Gregg. He was knowledgeable and gave me advice when I ordered the car. It took nine months for the car to be made and delivered to the U.S.. During thes long waiting time, Gregg kept me posted every step of the way. When I reached out for questions, he always responded in a timely manner. When the car finally arrived at the dealership, he took pictures of it and sent to me, scheduled me for the purchase. The process at the dealership was easy, Gregg and his colleagues kept me updated on each and all processes they were doing, which I appreciated. I told Gregg that I was nervous about driving a new car, so he stayed very late to go over each car functions and made sure I understand what they were and how/when to use them. He was very knowledgeable setting up the car, his explanation was easy to understand. He was patient and would repeat the explanation when needed. He helped me customize the settings and checked one more time on the dashboard to see if everything was ready when I was about to drive home. I am grateful for his attention to details and kindness. He later emailed and let me know I could always reach out should I have any questions. I would definitely recommend speaking to Gregg if you are in the market of getting a car. He has been with this dealership for more than 30 years, his knowledge and experience will definitely help you choosing your next car.

It's the most unprofessional dealer from my experience. Bought a 43k used Porsche and was told the minor damage on the car would be fixed. Trusted them as you wouldn't think things would go unsolved with a big dealer like this. Their service center here couldn't fix it, sent me to the Porsche next door which is owned by the same company. Got bounced back and forth between the two service centers and no one ever picked up my calls about the status of my car. The sales person was totally hands off after the sale. I even paid extra for the vehicle care protection package. You still have my car but I have no idea what you're doing with it and when I'm going to get it back. Update: Got a call from the Sales Manager after posting this review. He's been helpful and responsive. All outstanding items have been fixed.

Disappointed for several reasons. I had car fully serviced a couple months ago. Started having issues with my car, couldn’t get an appt for almost 2 weeks out. Issues were getting worse, so stopped by after work. We’re told back brakes/rotors were bad. Asked why this wasn’t addressed previously, was told they didn’t know why. Very unsafe.

I would NOT recommend their service! I bought my C63 s in the Tacoma area. -First mistake taking it up there to get the car looked at under warranty. Drove all they want to Bellevue to get turned away because my car was from Canada **** YES all Mercedes dealership follow Mercedes warranties NOT recalls **** < So I drove back up to get my warranty run through - Second mistake! My B1 service light came on. Went in to get the service. I had Wheels and Tires put on 3 days before this service. I was quoted $1200 to do an oil change, spark plug, windshield wiper and check my fluids. Couldn't even get across the street for my rental car ,when I get a call bc they mis quoted me by an ADDITIONAL $1300 🤔 So I went back (after waiting to check in with my drop off appt an hour) and requested just do the oil change. < I received my oil change that took 24hrs to do costing $500. TO come home and hearing a noise and get this!!! .... All the bolts were missing but 1! we're put back in my skid plate!..... yep 1 bolt! Oh where were the bolts?? Found 1 in my BRAND new tire! Don't WASTE your time with this service department! and DEFINITELY don't drive across town and have this crap happen!

I've got my car maintained religiously in Bellevue for over 10 years, and I spent lots of money for service, but recently I got a bad service from the service staff, and even she hang up on me when I asked her name. She is rude and threw temper tandrum on the phone when I explained at my service appointment. I was told my car would be done today afternoon, but after lots of phone calls for hours, it turned out it might be done next Monday. I was so much disappointed, and this will be the last service in Bellevue.

I'm SO glad I got to work with Boni Lee today. It was time to add another Land Rover to the collection, more importantly one with better gas mileage for my new job. I bought new GLC 2021 on Sep 2021, they told me there was a shortage of chips, so some chips were missing which they told me will arrive in 6 months, after 11 months I check with them back they are telling me I have to talk to Mercedes customer service. This is the same dealer which sells the car to me with missing parts. It would make sense the dealer contact the customer service. Please be aware this dealer may not do whatever things they say when selling the car.

Worst experience so far. We ordered a car in March and payed 2500, it was supposed to arrive in August then it was delayed to September and then to October. This was inconvenient to us because we need a car, so when we requested to be refunded and cancel the order, the person that’s currently working with us is being so rude, replying to our emails in such rude manners, we are asking for the managers info and he is not providing us with them. He keeps delaying our request without clear information. Now even if there was a slight chance we change our mind and wait for the car until October we are no longer confident that we will be treated well when the car (IF THE CAR) ever arrives.

Staff super friendly but pretty disorganized business. Scheduled an appt to test drive a car, then was told it had to go to the shop for an issue (not mentioned in car ad), then was told it actually sold. Autonation has a lot of these ads up right now for cars with only one picture- seems kind of weird/ like a scam. If you’re looking for a car, would recommend going somewhere else..

Very disappointed with the service department. Get a text saying they are to busy to do the service and I was like ten minutes out. Then I get there and I'm told the appointment is for recall only. When I had made an a service appointment and the added the recall. Guess I cannot expect customer service. Read reviews and I'm not the only one! And I'll give you the solution. Don't book your techs at 100% book time for a job. Look at agile development. Was created by a car manufacturer. Find your techs average volocity.

My son bought a used vehicle from this dealership. First of all, only a few weeks after, he experienced brake issues. He had to bring it in to have it taken care of and then after that was a battery issue. My point for bringing this up is....once the car is brought in, it goes through inspection, so the brake issue does not just come abt. It was masked along with the battery to be sold.A mechanic can tell when the battery will need to be replaced and can give u a timeline if they are good mechanic. I guess because he was not buying a Mercedes Benz he wasn't going to get the premier service of one buy a new or used Benz. So now let's talk abt the license plate. It took almost 6 months for him to receive his plate and if it wasn't for him calling in to inquire abt his plate, who knows how long would it have taken to receive a call to let him know it was in. I have never in my history of buying cars experienced waiting past a month for my plates. How does it take that long to receive plates. Ridiculous! Once he received his plate it clearly shows that the tag and registration was not filed right away. To be a big brand, Mercedes this is UNACCEPTABLE !! Whether u are buying a Mercedes or another brand, a car is a car and every customer should be shown the same customer service as if u are buying a brand new Mercedes Benz. DO BETTER MERCEDES!!!!

I would have to tell the customer, “Avoid this dealership like it was a viral plague.” Sleazy sellers, misleading and will cleverly lie to you behind your back. Yep…all happened in less than 24 hours. At first the consultants within the dealership would ask some of the most useless questions. Another struggles to understand English because she is not an American. Another goes down the path of thinking you are leasing and all along you are wanting numbers on financing the a new Mercedes. The entire experience within 24 hours was exhausting and it should not be. We scheduled an appoint to test drive a new vehicle, only to find out the car had been sold and the dealership had no intentions of letting us know. Thank goodness we dug deep enough to realize they had no intentions of telling us the truth.

Update: I came to Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue for maintenance of my vehicle this week and had a much better experience. Justin Purdy is an outstanding service advisor and delivered an experience that I feel was much more emblematic of the brand compared to prior visits. Bumping up my score as a result. Original: I've been to several different dealerships in the Bellevue area, and Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue is by far the most unfriendly. In contrast to Lexus of Bellevue where the staff are outgoing, warm, and make you feel like they care, the Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue staff are unenthusiastic and cold in demeanor and conversation. I've interacted with the sales, service, and front desk staff and all give the impression that they either don't care about their job or aren't excited to engage with customers. My service department experience in particular was unbelievably bad. Not only did they have no idea about my service appointment (which was confirmed and I had an email record of), but it felt as though they didn't think I should be there after asking me for my name three times and making phone calls. Additionally, during negotiation for trading in a used car several dirty tactics were used. For example, I was offered an atrociously low amount of money for my 4 series on trade-in, and they said it's non-negotiable. I walked away, and the next morning I got an email saying that they received an offer for the vehicle from BMW of Bellevue for $1,500 more than what Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue offered. I ended up taking the deal because I just wanted to finish the deal without all the nonsense and drive the AMG. Fast forward two weeks and the vehicle I traded in was on Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue's lot for sale at $10,000 more than I traded it in for; the BMW of Bellevue offer was a lie. It's unfortunate because I thoroughly appreciate the Mercedes brand and its vehicles. Also, this location is beautiful with state of the art design, a great waiting area, and is kept clean and presentable.

“If you didn’t want a broken car, you should have bought a new car” - Used car sales manager Bought a CPO Mercedes-Benz GLB35. Windshield was cracked. They promised to fix it when I bought the car but refused to fix it correctly when I took the car in for the repair appointment. The crack is very much visible and ruined an otherwise good car. The used car manager was rude and unreasonable Do yourself a favor and go to Mercedes-Benz of Seattle. I bought my first Mercedes from them and was a wonderful experience. I regret not going to Mercedes-Benz of Seattle

The customer service reps for car service are absolutely phenomenal. They take care of you and your car from start to finish. They are caring, honest, incredibly knowledgeable and hard-working. I am by no means a wealthy person, but I have owned only Mercedes for over 20 years. The reason is because Mercedes makes the most outstanding, high quality vehicles, that last forever. They rarely have problems, and when they do, they?re not as expensive to fix as a lot of people think. All in all, I pay less on a Mercedes - an amazing luxury vehicle - than I would on any other high-quality vehicle. At the same time, this dealership has always taken great care of my car and me. It is like being part of a family. I so highly recommend them, that even though I have relocated to a different part of the state, I will drive almost 4 hours to have my car serviced, where they?ve always provide me with another beautiful Mercedes loaner car while I?m in town visiting. They are hands-down the best.

I'm very happy with the treatment I received and the used vehicle I purchased at MB of Bellevue. I was shopping for an older used vehicle in a lower price range than most of the vehicles on their lot, and at no time was I made to feel like anything other than a valued customer. My salesperson, Arthur Habek, was super helpful from the moment I inquired into a couple vehicles they had for sale, thru the sales process, and even after the sale. We are very happy with the vehicle and highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue.

First visit to this location after moving to the east side earlier this year. Online scheduler was hassle-free and easy to navigate. I had my appointment set to drop off on a Saturday morning, no loaner requested, no shuttle service. I received a text that Saturday morning informing me that the shop was two days behind and if I dropped off that day as planned, it wouldn't be completed until Monday afternoon or Tuesday and was offered the option to reschedule. I recognize staffing shortages and delays all across different industries so I proceeded with my original appointment, undeterred by the longer wait. The service itself was just the standard annual 20K interval maintenance. Nothing too complex or intensive. When I arrived, there were no advisors to be seen or porters checking in service vehicles. I waited around 10 minutes for a spot to open up in the service check-in bay to pull in. I parked, left my keys in the cupholder, and went up to the service desk. After a couple minutes of idly hovering there, I was assisted by a technician who called the advisor over to check me in. The check-in process at that point was quick and easy. My car was ready to pick up Monday afternoon which was a nice surprise. However, my experience turned rather sour at this point. I arrived to pick-up my car at 5:00 pm, keep in mind they close at 6:00 pm so I wasn't cutting it close by any means. I waited at the service desk for 15 minutes before a gentleman (lot porter), who was extremely kind and helpful, asked if I was picking up. He found my service RO and paged for the advisor twice. No luck. Finally after another 5 or so minutes, he escorted me into the office of a different advisor and asked if he could cashier me as so-and-so hadn't responded to his pages. This second advisor looked annoyed and without saying a word, took the RO, turned to his computer, punched some numbers in to pull up my file, and the only words he spoke to me were "put your card in the machine". To be clear, I wasn't acknowledged by this person (I don't need or expect an over the top greeting but at least reply to my hello when I enter your office), read the summary of work done on the car (again, not that I need it but it does happen to be standard procedure), or told the total of my service (I knew how much it was going to be, not the biggest deal). My main issues are the lack of customer service, with the exception being the lot porter. I'm very easy going and lean towards realizing we all have bad days but the lackluster experience was throughout the entire process. I could not have been an easier customer, I scheduled myself, didn't ask for a loaner, shuttle, discount, use a coupon, or complain about a single thing yet I left feeling like I was an inconvenience to this department. I came to the Mercedes-Benz brand after switching from another competitor in the same luxury niche for the excellent care and customer loyalty accolades Mercedes is known for. I have always gone to the MB Lynnwood store for my service needs and always have had the best experiences there. If I'm willing and able to pay for manufacturer brand service, I'd expect for the service to be at that level and not as if I was asking for freebies at some chop shop.

I get it. I wasn't looking for a Mercedes. I was looking for a used Toyota 4Runner that they had listed for sale. Nothing spiffy, nothing fancy. They stood me up 3 separate times I went in looking for it. Samih was nice enough to show me where it was on the lot and even gave me his personal line. He then proceeded to ignore my messages only to tell me a week later that the car was gone. Felt like my time was wasted and I felt disrespected the entire time I was at the lot. I understand how dealerships work when a customer isn't looking for the nicest fanciest car, but I didn't feel like I deserved to be stood up like that. Do better.

I went in to Mercedes of Bellevue to purchase a used vehicle, I had scheduled an appointment and when I showed up a sales person told me that they had just let someone take the vehicle for a test drive 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment that I had called to verify with this same associate, after the other customer came back from the test drive they purchased the vehicle and I was not able to do anything about it, after this I still went ahead and test drove another vehicle that I ended up purchasing. Fast forward about 4 days later I take the vehicle to fix a recall issue at a different dealership and they inform me that Mercedes sold me the vehicle with extensive water damage to the battery (this is a X3 BMW that uses its battery for eco efficiency) which caused my automatic lift gate to not work. BMW made me aware that Mercedes had to have know, the manager there fixed it for me at no charge, had i had to pay it would have been over 3,000$ in just repairing the damages. Besides this we also took in our Mercedes GLE in for service and they were just terrible, they left the vehicle very dirty, didn’t replace the windshield wipers that we requested and so much more. I would not recommend this dealer ship to anyone, Mercedes of Seattle has much better services, make the drive !

Modifying my negative review: although it was impossible to reach the service department by phone, I scheduled online and received excellent service with great communication from Matt (Service Advisor). Also I received a very nice message from Eric Gordon, Service Manager, explaining that that have the same employee shortages that everyone is seeing. Overall, I’m pleased with their response and the service itself. My recommendation is to change expectations on the phone message - don’t say we can leave a number to get a callback if you won’t be able to follow through. We purchased a new GLS450 from Mercedes of Bellevue about 18 months ago. The purchase experience was fine (hence two stars instead of one), but trying to schedule a service appointment with them is impossible. When we purchase a car from a dealer, it's our intent to create a relationship with them, a major part of which is service. If we cannot get through to schedule a service, then that's a huge problem. Because of this, we will not purchase our next Mercedes from them. The good news is that there are Mercedes dealers in Seattle, Lynwood and Fife - my hope is that one of those dealers would like to establish a good customer relationship which includes service.

I took my car in last Friday for a recall of the sunroof’s glass panel. I was greeted by Jerome. He got my information and was right back with my paperwork. I waited for an advisor who explained my roof may not need replacement. He said replacement may not be necessary and there is a code in the glass which will indicate if it is. I waited in their lounge for a few minutes. This is quite unlike typical waiting rooms —it is spotless and stylish. After a fifteen min. wait, the tech informed me my roof was not at risk and did not need replacement. They offered a wash and vacuum and I was done. Fast professional and efficient was my experience. Thank you.

Edit 2 years later: impossible to get a call back with information on my warranty. Original review: I love the car I got here, but the experience is a bit bitter as it recently turned out. When purchasing the car, the sales person assured me that the car has brand new tires, and I didn't check. A year later (10k miles), tires are completely worn off. Apparently, the tires haven't been changed since the car was manufactured (I bought it CPO). And, like nothing happened, during one year maintenance, they wanted to replace them for 2 thousand dollars, twice the normal price. It would've been okay for me to buy the car with almost worn off tires, but at least they should've told me. It's quite dangerous at least. These sales guys are liars. Just keep in mind.

I took my vehicle for brake recall. The final summary says, No rust spots found but they sent a photo and i can see rust spots, also my vehicle braking distance is increased after this. This is the same problem for recall, now i am more worried. Also, summary mentioned, complimentary car wash, but they did not do. Before all of these, waiting for 3.5 hours but the inspection done in 5 mins. I have all the photos and summary sheet with me.

Bought a new car from Bellevue Dealership. I called the Seattle dealership and they were so lost. The sales rep at Seattle told me they stopped making a specific car and literally across the nation all other dealers were taking orders. Called Bellevue Dealership and Thomas Mioc picked up and I asked about placing a custom order for a car and he told me they have an allocation available. He handled all the paperwork for it remotely for me as I was flying somewhere and he gave me his direct cell for me to message literally any time and he always responded really quickly even when he wasn’t at work. Great salesman and great experience!

DON’T come here for service. I saw other people also complained their staffs are cold and unfriendly. That is true. Their service representative is rude and they certainly didn’t care about their job. Go to the dealership in Seattle instead! I finally scheduled my service in Seattle and their staffs are wonderful. This is the worst Mercedes dealership I’ve seen. Called them several times and never received a call-back. The lady told me to wait since her computer is frozen. That’s okay understandable and I waited for 5 mins and she hang up my phone. And of course, no callback at all. She certainly doesn’t want this job at all. Don’t except them to assist you. Actually go to any dealership except this one. You will surely get better assistance than this.

After a run around with the Mercedes Benz of Seattle, I finally came back to Bellevue. At first, I was a bit irritated with the wait, which isn’t a problem, but I waited 30 mins past my appointment time to just get signed in for the service that scheduled. But that was not my issue, the guy who proceeded to help me was talking down to me like I never worked on a car before or I had no idea what I was talking about. That guy doesn’t understand didely squat about customer service or cars (which he claimed he did). Either way, the actual service rep for me was legit and helpful. I knew exactly what was wrong with my car and yet, they wanted to do a full diagnostic. Still found the same problem, wasted time, but the problem was fixed. The fact that they don’t have loaner cars is so disappointing. I love having to pay for Uber and Lyft everywhere for 2 days while I wait for my car to get fixed. It costs about as much as it does to get the service done. Friendly folks who work there though, nothing against them!!!!

Then brought the car again for washing and car still has the dirt on. Makes me wonder how seriously they take oil change and other things that we can’t see.

Bought a used '19 C300 from them a few weeks ago. The process went alright for the most part. Took forever to get out of there because the car hadn't been detailed yet. The reason I'm ranking 3-stars is because after a couple of days of driving a message in the dash came one "Reduce Oil Level". I called the salesman we worked with and he told me that I could take it to any MB dealership and have them remove some of the excess oil. I understand used cars don't come with any warranty, but since the Bellevue MB dealership did an oil change I would have appreciated if they would have offered to pay for this since it was their technician's mishap. Oh well.. Update He general manager reached out and asked me to bring the car back so they could make everything right. They took care of the message right away. Great service recovery.

Our service agreement was not honored, calling to speak with someone was met with an attitude. I know this review will not change anything or help me in any way, but I recommend not going to this particular one. I can’t speak for all Mercedes’ dealership but I expected a much friendlier experience considering I am paying for their over priced service. Oh and the icing on the cake. Instead of booking a service (which they did have times open) they recommended looking for another shop. Came in for a recall service. The service rep 9622 Jesus Guerrero talked rudely, showed his lack of proper manner, and literally is full of lies and talked in circle. However, given the reputation of this dealership's service department, I'm not even surprised at all. More details: Jesus is the kind of guy who would tell you to pick up your car next Monday but still expect you to spend all your weekend waiting for his call to pick up your car any second as if you are his busboy. And if you don't show up upon his early calling, he would get upset and blame you as if he's the boss or something. I certainly didn’t feel respected. But here I beg the question - who does he think he is to act so entitled to give attitude? Where does this power trip come from? It's utmost bizarre seeing that coming from a service rep. Since when does the guy serving Mercedes start to believe he is Mercedes?

After four weeks of scouring the greater Seattle area for a car, I went to MB of Bellevue and was assisted by Arthur Habek. After a brief conversation, Arthur said he thinks he has the car I'm looking for. It was a C-class, the same body style and same color as my wife's GLE. We’ve had very disappointing experiences ever since AutoNation bought Barrier. I’ve owned Mercedes cars for more than 22 years. My husband has owned Mercedes cars much longer. I scheduled a B service for my 2020 SUV two weeks ago and was quoted it would cost $350. When I arrived for the service, I was told it would be $1,200!! This was for an oil change. In 2020, my husband wanted to buy me a new Mercedes for my birthday even though I loved my Mercedes sedan. We arrived at the Bellevue location early in July and were told by the salesman he was busy and We needed to schedule an appointment for later in the week!! My husband left an angry phone message for the Manager. She called him shortly and apologized for unacceptable service. She said if we were willing to come back early the next morning, we would be taken care of. (We drove from Gig Harbor.). We arrived the next day and chose an SUV. They wouldn’t let us pay cash or pay by debit card. We had to finance the car for 30 days until the car statement arrived and we promptly paid it off. AutoNation is a huge step down from the days of Barrier and Phil Smart. Our recent experiences buying a Tesla and corvette convertible were pure joy compared to AutoNation! We will never return to AutoNation again.

I had such a great experience with Nicholas (Nick) Hornsby Koury (Sales Representative) at Bellevue Mercedes Benz. I couldn't have asked for a better service than what he provided. Nick is very knowledgeable, respectful, very calm and a person with integrity. He made the buying process very easy for me by explaining all the steps and expectations. Prior to visiting Bellevue Mercedes Benz dealership, I had checked/visited almost all Mercedes dealerships in Washington. Some listed cars that didn't exist. Luckily, I found a car in California and the purchase process was seamless working with Nick. I wasn't sure what to expect in this process as I had not seen the car in person. But he explained everything and walked me through the process. He was very present on phone, text messages and in person every time I needed to talk to him. After receiving the car, I noticed a small dent that Bellevue Mercedes Dealership helped me to fix. Many thanks for Delilah Marquez (Sales Manager) at this dealership that collaborated with Nick to make things work. They also gave me a loaner to use while I awaited the issue to be fixed. Buying process was seamless and easy with no pressure with the sales advisor. Didn’t feel we needed to haggle anything which was a positive. However, I did have feedback about after I bought the car. About 2 and and a half weeks after I got the car I started getting service alerts stating I needed to get an oil change in 30 days. When I called about my plates (which I wasn’t notified of either until I took the time to call out of my work day) and mentioned the service alerts I was told that they did an inspection, but the technician didn’t see a need to service the vehicle when the car came in from the previous owner. It’s frustrating that the car wasn’t serviced in any manner and was given to us as is with the only thing completed being a 50 point inspection. When a vehicle comes to a dealership it should be serviced all together regardless if it’s needed for the next customer who buys it. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration when taking in used vehicles as people come to provide you business and the least that can be done is servicing the full vehicle as well. At first I thought it was a mistake and that the service alert wasn’t reset, but when calling it was confirmed that it hadn’t been taken care of and at this point it’s on me due to the dealership not seeing a need. It would have been nice to know it had been completely serviced prior to selling, but there was no need granted it seems like there was if I’m getting a service alert 45 days after owning it. I would have given 5 stars since the buying experience at the dealership was great. However with the lack of service completed on the vehicle before purchasing and the lack of wanting to correct anything I could only give 4 stars. Granted if I could I would give the review 3 /12 stars since I did mention it and nothing was offered since the alert started 21 days ago which put me at owning it for only 2 1/2 weeks.

Did an annual maintenance last week, and while the end result was fine, I felt it could have been more efficient than the 2 workdays it ended up taking: - Brought car in at 9am, mentioned the tire light on to check pressure. Hadn't mentioned my tire warranty, figured they'd easily look that up and take care of it. Assumed it'd be done by end of day like previous annual maintenances - I text service advisor at 3pm to ask for updates, he goes to check on it. He replies saying tire will need to be replaced and asked what I want to do about it, how much it'll cost. - Now I mention the warranty, and he looked it up to confirm I did have it. But he says they likely wouldn't hear back from warranty until the next day... so I agree to have the car kept there overnight, I luckily didn't urgently need it. - Next morning the warranty goes through, but it still takes until close to 5pm for the car to be finished. I didn't expect a warranty issue to prolong the maintenance till next day; if they had proactively asked me about it that first morning, I wonder if I could've gotten the car back earlier. Also, it would have been nice to proactively hear about the tire issue earlier instead of only hearing after I texted to check on my car's status. On the plus side, my service advisor was overall very responsive in following up on my texts and he also explained to me about the correct tire pressures to set.

Took me this long to write a review (for some reason, it got hidden), but I felt compelling to explain my frustration with this dealership back in 2020. I live over 1,000+ miles away from the dealer so you could only imagine the frustration that was growing. I recently took interest in a Mercedes AMG GT at a nearby dealership and requested to have the car inspected ($400+) by someone who knows them best... a Mercedes dealership. I trusted this dealer to perform an authorized pre-purchase inspection, on behalf of the name "Mercedes" to fully inspect the vehicle by Mercedes standard. What I receive was far from it. Upon receiving the vehicle, the car shows major flaws mechanically and aesthetically. Oil was overfilled by almost 3 full quarts (I siphoned out two quarts and my local Mercedes dealership still said it was overfilled when they serviced it), catastrophic in engines like this and could potentially cost me thousands of dollars had I not acted the way I did. I also had missing lug-nuts, quite dangerous if driven for extended period of time. In addition, the trunk doesn't auto-swipe open (a feature only in newer Mercedes) and the fact that the vehicle showed significant signs of wear that was not disclosed in the report (not including the carbon, this was in fact disclosed in the Bellevue report). When I called this dealership (Mercedes of Bellevue) and request to speak to the technician, the receptionist stated that he is no longer employed there. I was quite baffled considering he was there 2 weeks ago before I purchased it. I was later transferred to the Service manager who refuse to help the situation and belittled me, eventually hung up on me when I confronted him with the issue. To be treated the way I did, I was beyond upset because I placed so much trust in an AUTHORIZED dealership to make sure the vehicle I purchase is indeed accurate and factual beyond a reasonable doubt. Had I not know the real condition of the vehicle, I wouldn't have purchased it and/or perhaps use it towards my advantage in the negotiating process so i essentially was screwed out of that as a result.

Our A/C system has failed on 4 occasions (twice when we lived near Portland, and twice since we moved to the Seattle area). In each case, the freon in the system leaked out slowly over time. MB of Wilsonville had a difficult time locating a leak, and ended up replacing a valve twice. MB of Bellevue also had difficulty locating the leak, and replaced a valve in the A/C system last July with the goal of preventing further leaking. However, the leak re-occurred and the system failed once again in March. Most recently, MB of Bellevue replaced the evaporator, and hopefully that action will now resolve the problem. At all times, MB of Bellevue was committed to identifying the problem and getting it fixed, which hopefully has now been done. Wayne Thiessen, our service advisor, is exemplary. Wayne stays right on top of our problem and makes every effort to resolve it as quickly and efficiently as possible. He communicates with us well, and demonstrates real concern for our situation. We greatly appreciate his assistance and attention to detail. MB of Bellevue provided us with a Mercedes loaner car for the 2 week period that our vehicle was being evaluated and repaired, which was very helpful. There is only so much a dealer can do to resolve a problem that most likely traces back to a lack of quality oversight during the initial assembly of the vehicle by the manufacturer, and MB of Bellevue has to date done everything that it could to assist us with the repair work. If this problem recurs for a 5th time, then a different approach will be needed, but for the time being we are hoping that the A/C defect has been found and repaired.

The battery died (or nearly so) on my AMG. Bellevue MB is my closest source of service?only 175 miles away, but after a quick call they managed to get me in the next day. This doesn?t happen where I live, everything seems to take weeks. So after getting up early and checking the pass report I carefully drove my way over the mountains with no stops (car required a jump to restart) to Bellevue. I took my car in for servicing for an airbag recall, was greeted by an intake concierge, assigned a case manager (shout out to Mathew Morgan) who arranged and paid for a Lyft ride home for me. Then when a part took longer to arrive than expected, Mercedes delivered a nearly new Mercedes loaner car to my driveway for my immediate and unrestricted use. When my own vehicle was completed, Mercedes’ then delivered it to me, freshly vacuumed and washed and collected the loaner with ZERO expense to me. The entire team was professional and responsive, with excellent communication skills. I’m very grateful and highly recommend MercedesBenz of Bellevue.

Terrible service at a Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue Mercedes-Benz in Bellevue. Complete turbo and injector failure related to restricted airflow from poor maintenance (engine air filter). Extremely disappointed in the customer service relative to the high premiums (3-4x elsewhere) we pay for service. The service director claimed that an low air flow was unrelated to stress on a turbo, from general engine wear, claimed no fault, and said that the new shop was "unethical". Very poor customer service given we've been loyal customers to AutoNation (Mercedes and Audi) and Mercedes dealerships for years.

Last Saturday I had my car maintenance at Bellevue! It is such a great experience! I intended just replace engine oil and filter and windchill wiper blade (since seldom drive last year) and the technicians did far more beyond expectation. They checked all important parts like tires, breaks, battery, etc. They also hired Lyft for transportation. And last but not least, my car got washed.

Since getting my 2021 AMG 63s I had gone back a couple of times to get help with my car. Their service people made sure I was taken care of and that we were in and out with haste. The recent winter storm left us with a Horrible accident and left us stranded without a car for a week on the Bothell Highland but Mercedes-Bens of Bellevue helped got my car towed to their dealership the next possible day after the snow. They also drop off my Loaner for me at my business. Lorenzo and their Service team go above and beyond to help with everything to make my life easier. I'm so glad I switch over from BMW. They don't even compare on the same level which is why I will Highly recommend Mercedez- Benz of Bellevue to anyone who wants exceptional quality and services. My husband and I were taken aback by the service we received from both the sales people (Rylee and Catherine) and manager of used cars (Tay). We walked in there after making an appointment to see a used car they had. We were dropped off because we had every intention of buying this truck. When we walked into the establishment no one said hello or asked how they could assist us. I am disabled and only had my cane, no one asked us to sit and wait. We got plenty of looks but no help. I had to ask for help at least four times before we waited twenty minutes for our salesperson. When he finally showed up, he took one look at my husband and I and pawned us off on another salesperson. She didn’t speak to us on our test drive and didn’t even tell us about the truck. We found out later that the rear defroster wasn’t even attached because they just didn’t care. The truck was $20,000 below market price to basically offload it. I am not complaining whatsoever but it didn’t make up for how we were treated. We told her that we would take the truck and she asked us how we would be paying. I told her we were paying in cash and then asked what form of payment. We told her personal check and she walked away. She came back with an application and told us that they needed us to complete our names and addresses. When my husband started completing the paperwork she asked him not to forget out social security numbers. I asked why that was necessary because we were paying in cash. She told us it was because of fraudulent activity they had been having. My husband and I didn’t see the issue until she took the paperwork and returned shortly there after. She told us that their check machine “was down” and asked if we could go to the bank and get a cashiers check. My husband told her the banks were already closed and I asked if we could pay with a debit card. The salesperson told us their were limits on transaction amounts so my husband decided to call our bank. After getting the transaction ok’d with our financial institution we were able to finalize the purchase. When we finished signing that was when my husband noticed that they had run our credit. They baited us, profiled us and made us feel inferior. They decided that because we didn’t have “perfect” credit they wouldn’t accept a personal check. That’s fine but they never gave us the option. They decided to humiliate us and not make us feel worthy. COVID has been hard on everyone but why would we go in there to buy without the money? The debit card when through, there was no need for all of the deception. We could have just gotten approval for the debit transaction upfront. We didn’t want to finance, we just wanted to buy a car. I can’t believe that this dealership can hold such a high standard if you don’t look like who they want to sale to. A black disabled woman and a scruffy truck driver, human, hardworking Americans. All money does not spend the same. Despicable.

I brought my car in a little later in the morning than typical. This really helped as there wasn't a line for check-in. I dropped the car off at 10:00 AM and received a text around 3:30 that is was ready. So, I was able to pick it up before the afternoon rush as well. Being late for drop off and early for pickup really saved a lot of time. This was just for a normal 70k mile service, but everything appears to be done properly. There were a few other minor things found which were also addressed at this time. The car still runs great as always.

As a caveat this has NEVER been my preferred dealership in the seattle area & I would routinely go to their competitor for all of my sales needs & repairs. That being said- Jacob & Jeff were fantastic! Consummate professionals- exceptionally polite, articulate, transparent & kept their word on all things we discussed. The entire transaction was seamless & got my car delivered on-time and couldn't be more satisfied. These two were great, they definitely earned & will retain my business for the foreseeable future. I have a habit of buying cars. AutoNation has always been my favorite to deal with regardless of brand. This being my first new Mercedes experience - very relaxed sales and F&I process - no pressure. Post sales there were some issues , however, what a responsive and empathetic dealership. Be human - realize nothing in life is perfect - be kind under all circumstances. At the end of the day this dealership from sales to service to managers to finance are accommodating and fair. Buying a vehicle does not need to be a negative experience regardless of circumstances.

We leased our car from Mercedes 3 years ago and their support was way better then. This time when we walked in, we were ignored by more than 5 people sitting idly behind the main counter (some were just playing with their mobile phones). Upon our arrival we were told by the salesperson that the car was pre sold and not available. I was told over the phone that the Service A (an oil change) would be $300 and Service B $800. When I got there, Jessica presented me with a bill for 600 for A and 2000 for B. She had included wiper replacement per my request and I asked how much. She said 250 for blades and that she had included some incidentals. I said why so much? She went back to her computer and came back and said the wipers were really only 100 as they install them free. talk about bait and switch for this entire experience. Having a non itemized estimate is quite deceptive as well. Commission based service is a real kick in the teeth for an unknowing customer. Total waste of time I wouldn't have wasted if I had gotten the "real price" over the phone prior. This experience really left a sickening impression and immediately spoke with my friend who was taking her vehicle in this week. She is no longer doing so. I wouldn't recommend Jessica or Mercedes to anyone after this experience.

Do ask for Preston Green if you are looking to pick up a Merc at this showroom. I was put in touch with Preston the first time I visited the showroom 2 weeks ago. He is extremely professional, but friendly and not at all pushy. I live in Seattle and was around the area and was pretty certain that a test drive in 30mins is not at all possible, but Preston made it happen and made it look so easy! He was kind enough to let me freely test drive a C43AMG on both city roads and the freeway for as long as I wanted to, not something all dealerships let you. All in all, really appreciate the white glove yet friendly treatment Preston has provided all this while, and I definitely recommend him as the go to sales rep you should get in touch with if you are looking to pick a car from this dealership.

My experience at MB Bellevue has been nothing but excellent. I have bought a couple of cars from them, and I will do it again. The staff is very pleasant, no-pressure-sales. They will put you in the vehicle you want instead of making a vehicle yours! A big difference. If they dont have one in stock, they will even find it for you. The ambience is that of openness, welcoming and friendly. Bright, well-lit show rooms, refreshments, and of course their staff. Their service team is also one of the best. They take care of you, whether to drop you off or depending on the service you need, get you a loaner vehicle. They understand that you are a proud owner of a great vehicle and treat you as royalty. Overpriced Service. Had my car towed to the nearest dealership which was Mercedes of Bellevue due to an ignition issue. They quoted steering lock control module cost of $2,334.31. The price was a bit of a sticker shock so I called another local dealership with different ownership, Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood. They quoted the same repair at $1,436.85, I could not believe that Mercedes of Bellevue was charging 62% higher than another local dealer. To Mercedes Benz of Bellevue's credit, they matched Mercedes of Lynnwood's price, but only after I provided the quote as proof. If I could have started the car, I would have just taken it to Lynnwood. At the end of the day, their service prices are too high based on my experience.

John was helpful and responsive throughout the purchase process.The vehicle was exactly as described except for missing rear headrests. John was able to locate them and was patient with all of my questions. I would recommend him for any car purchase you are considering. The MB management was easy to deal with and seemed interested in making sure I was happy with the vehicle even though a was a used purchase of an alternate brand. I inquired about a CLA 45 AMG and when I arrived, I was greeted and told that the car would be ready in a few minutes. I test drove the vehicle and I instantly fell in love with it. Riley, my sales rep, let me know the next steps and I decided to move on with the process. Riley made sure my stay was comfortable by offering me water and a place to sit in the showroom. Unfortunately, my current car situation is a total mess and will take too long to explain. It has been quite a few months dealing with that dealer. This Mercedes Benz location went above and beyond at satisfying me and trying their hardest to get me in this car. Delila, one of the financial reps, called me later on in the day, and wanted to express her appreciation for me taking the time to come in. Just the brief hour I spent here, was overall the BEST experience I’ve had at a dealership. Everyone is super friendly and goes above and beyond at their work. Riley and Delila, you guys are awesome.

I am giving this dealership a 3 ONLY due to our salesperson- Johnny. He was professional, kind, considerate and treated us as great. He treated us as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. But. That’s where our positive experience stops. We bought a used vehicle and they OFFERED to fix all sorts of things and I made sure it was added to the contract before we purchased. (Also the finance guy was nice) they never contacted us when parts came in; it took several follow up calls and then once the car was in for service to fix issues THEY OFFERED TO FIX-the manager was dismissive and rude and did not fix things listed on contract. We had to get back to work and had already spent too much time on theses issues so here I am. I would LOVE to give a 5 star rating based solely on our salesperson but the rest of the experience was lackluster at best. Thank you Johnny for doing an excellent job.

We've been customers of this dealership for almost 30 years. We took our cars in for servicing and the experience was so poor that we are almost certainly not going back there. Simple example: They wanted to charge over $1000 to replace the battery in one car. The exact same replacement cost less than $500 at the next closest Mercedes dealership. There is no way that proximity can justify a 100% higher cost. In general, since the AutoNation purchase, their prices have gotten higher and their service has gotten worse.

We recently purchased a car and had a great experience. Heru was the sales rep, he was so patient and attentive throughout the process. He assisted us and explained the entire dashboard functions to make sure we understand. A very knowledgeable sales like him really made things a lot enjoyable for us. This dealership is incredibly snobbish and rude. Don’t even begin to understand customer service’s basics. Rude front desk people, rude sales associates. Only saving grace is their service department which handles basic appmts well. 3 years ago I was treated like crap here while looking for a GLS, I bought the car at the Seattle Merc. Thought I give them another try this year, but no. Same bad attitude and rude/obnoxious behavior. Wanted to drive their s-class and was told to agree on a price before they will allow a test drive. The associate shrugged in way that could only be read as f-off. Done forever with their sales department. Don’t need this crap!!!

They had our car for almost two weeks. We were trying to get detailed recommendations about work to be done. They kept giving us vague responses, or assuming we wanted to go cheap, when we wanted to be thorough before deciding. Their Service line was backed up "6th in queue" nearly every time I called, and I usually gave up before finishing the wait. Of the seven times over the past two years I have opted to leave a message for a callback from the Service queue, I got called back three times. When I was able to get to a person, she'd leave a message for my service advisor who only returned that call half the time. Twice I discovered later that the advisor had taken the Friday off when I had been told the car would probably be ready; in that case I expect the advisor to notify me in advance or hand off my case to another advisor. Also, when an advisor is taking a day off, I think his/her voicemail should be checked by another advisor. A committment to better communication design would have removed all of the considerable frustration I have frequently experienced since the downgrade from Barrier to AutoNation.

Extremely disappointed by the service department. 1. Lack of response when calling - left my car at 7am, was told it would be a quick service only taking a few hours, however no update until 4pm. Called multiple times and was unable to reach service person, has to go thru sales department to reach the right person. Left multiple messages. Finally picked up car at 6pm. 2. Did not fix issues! Paid for the summer road trip, aircon fluid change etc, totaling $800+. Air conditioning still not cold, and the main issue I brought the car in for (engine revving 3-4K while going down small hill) was still not fixed. I was told something along: lots of cars have it and can’t be fixed. Then why did you charge 1hr labor for software update?

I pursued information on my 2013 Mini Cooper S Convertible and the process was very friendly and professional. The windshield needed to be replaced and the dealer paid for the replacement and didn't allow me to even drive it off the lot until it was replaced. The detail work on the car was wonderful and the smooth process of purchasing made me feel comfortable. They even have a 4 month/4000 mile warranty on the car and it is an 8 year old car with 90000 miles. Never expected that. Impressive!!

A bit of a mixed bag. We came in to look at a trade in, our original contact who was pleasant and helpful via phone and email had to go home and we were greeted by an obviously harried salesperson still a nice guy. We ended up purchasing the vehicle, finance was easy and seamless, the young man in that department was pleasant but we were the last to leave before they closed the doors. We left the vehicle for detailing siting a couple of areas that needed addressing including the engine compartment which was a concern for my son in law who is a race car mechanic. They verbally kept switching the days for pick up which was confusing. On the third day I was told to pick up but I was told then that it was ready for pick up the night before. I was never notified of this. We arrive and neither area was addressed. I was told to arrive a couple of days later with the car and I’d be in and out in about an hour. I arrive at the appointed time (I live an hour away) and I’m greeted by an irate and frustrated service person. There is no service appointment on the books! Another service person intercedes obviously noting the hotheaded service person who greeted me was inappropriate while dealing with a customer and tries to work it out. It turns out they don’t clean engine compartments and not the green around the moon roof. I’m given my sales persons number to contact and the buck is officially sent over to him. I called him giving him grace in my VM message and have yet to hear back. That’s over a week ago. My husband and son in law cleaned the engine compartment to their specifications and I wiped the green out around the sunroof but for a luxury dealer I would think the service would be superb. It wasn’t. I’m now being solicited for maintenance service but will take my business elsewhere.

My car was not ready when promised and I had to pay out of pocket for the additional expense of the rental car for the additional days. The front low beam light was not replaced and is reflected by the service light continuing to be on despite saying that lights were checked on the service record. I dropped my car off on Thursday and it was promised on Friday, I received no phone call as to the status of my car and when I called and left a message no one called or emailed me back, on Saturday I reached a person there and they said it would be ready Monday, Monday came with no phone call or email, I finally got my car back on Wednesday. Still no working low beam light, but was told the differential fluid is leaking and a spring needs to be replaced on the emergency brake. While I appreciate being informed of that, I don?t appreciate not having my car when promised and don?t know why they needed it so long for a service B. No communication.

NOT THEIR FINEST EFFORT. My recent visit to MB Bellevue was disappointing on many levels. First of all I was presented with a list of almost $400 of additional suggested services when I had prepaid for 3 years of maintenance. If it needed to be done it should have been included in this very expensive option that I purchased. Next was my loaner car. I left the dealership in a rented KIA with no gas. I usually like seeing what the new models have available and I do have my lease expiring in less then 10 months. I guess the dealership wanted me to experience the luxury of the KIA ride. Next was the total failure of communications. I came in for a 2 year maintenance and the car was promised for end of the day. No phone calls, text messages or emails and the end of day came and went. The next day still no contact so I called. After waiting to speak to someone about the expected return of my vehicle I was called by somebody who couldn't answer my question about where my car was. They promised to send a PRIORITY message to the service manager to get an answer. NOTHING. Finally I did get a call that the car was done. The final straw, was when I picked the car up. I was told that I would speak to a service rep, which is normal. But instead, I was just handed the paperwork and they brought the car to the bay and I left. I have been dealing with this dealership for 30 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. SO be aware that this kind of shoddy treatment can happen and is becoming more prevalent.

Be Aware they can cause damage to your car during servicing and then deny taking any responsibility of it. Recently happened with us: During 10,000 miles service of our Mercedes GLE 350, they caused a damage inside the back door and panel in front of it. It looks to us that during the vacuuming it might have happened. We reported to them the issue. Couple of days after reporting the issue, the Call came from their service manager and he said it is not possible for them to introduce this issue and they can't take the responsibility for it. Our car was with them from 11:00 AM to around 4:00 PM for servicing and issue was introduced by them but they totally denied to take the responsibility. So, please be aware, they did damaged the car during service. I just want people to be aware. So, that It does not happen to any one else

Without looking at my car, this lady rep in servicing (Lisa, Lori?) told me I needed $2100 dollars worth of service. I questioned her and made a phone call. I told Mercedes Benz of Bellevue to give me my car back.. I bought the vehicle at that dealership 2 years ago. At 50k miles, she said I need spark plugged changed etc! Nothing about the vehicles diagnostic system.. which codes A service and 20 codes ( check transmission) the vehicle tells you what it needs. Instead of paying $2100 - I paid $859, and was told my vehicle was in excellent condition.. just thought you should know. Total up sell... we have 6 Mercedes in sour immediate family... I?ve not have a honest consultation since I?ve been going to this dealership. FYI! they don?t make the bulk of the money on car sales

Unfortunately my experience was awful. First they sent me to the waiting room saying that would call me when that could discuss what services I needed. Finally I came out and asked when I would come up and they looked confused. Eventually they said my car had already been sent for services. I thought since I had told the service department the night before that I wanted both the full service since the service light was on and in addition the air conditioning was not working. They called me later to say it would cost a thousand plus dollars to check out all the air conditioning to check for a leak. Later in the day they called to say they could not find a leak but they could put $50 in Freon in the system and that would likely last another 3-5 years because my Freon had probably dissipated in the 9 years I had owned the car. I wondered why I wasn’t give the $50 option at the start rather than the thousand dollar option. When I came to get the car and drove away the service light came on. I turned around and went back to be told that they didn’t know I wanted the service done even thought I told the service tep on the phone twice that this wa why I was coming in, of course if they had bothered to ask me when I brought it in rather than leaving me waiting for 45 minutes and then sending the car back to the shop they might have learned that fact. They called me then to tell me the mechanic had found a worn out hose. I told them to go ahead and fix it for another $800. When I came to pick up the car the service rep told me that they had noted there was a worn out hose that needed replacing. I said that I knew and had authorized that repair last night. Oh we didn’t know that was the response. So I said can I get my car now (I had been waiting 15 minutes in the service area waiting for someone to talk to me at that point. Then they said the car wasn’t washed but was in line so should be ready in 10 minutes. I said I had another appointment and didn’t expect it would take over half an hour to pick up a car they said was ready for me. I had to leave and come back again to pick up my car - my fourth trip to the dealer in two days. Finally after $2,000 + service charges I got back my car. All they had done was put Freon in the air conditioning unit, replaced the windshield wiper and put in a new pump. The rest was labor just poking around the car for several days. What a rip off. I will never go back there again. Too incompetent and the most customer unfriendly shop I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

David was fantastic at helping my wife and I buy a car. We walked in, he made time to fit us in even though we didn’t have an appointment and pulled a couple vehicles for us to test drive ASAP. He then gave an extremely detailed demo of all the bells and whistles and made sure to set us up for success on our test drive. When we returned from the first test drive of the GLA he already had the GLC waiting for us to pop into. We got back and immediately told him to get us the paperwork to buy the GLC fully loaded. He identified that I was an Amazon employee from my paystub and even told me about the employee purchase plan credit and helped me fill out the paper while our trade ins were being evaluated. We then got full Kelly book value for our trades, when Chevy down to road offered us 8k lower on both of our trades. Overall a fantastic experience and very happy they helped us lock in a 1.99% interest rate with full maintenance package!

I went to there for annual maintenance. when they finished and returned my car. I found that three tires had low pressure. I told them to check on it. A few minutes later, they told me I was good to go. But just out of the service center, low pressure warning appeared again. 😱😱😱Obviously they did nothin to it. I was so frustrated! Do I deserve it? Disappointed with the service. 1st of all I was kept waiting - standing outside my car - for 10 mins while the service manager came in.Then the part was not there and I was told I needed to call the parts department to check if the part has arrived in 10 days. I asked why I could not be called when the part arrives instead of me calling to keep on checking if the part had arrived. The Service Manager told me that they did not have the process to to do that unless I left my car for an undetermined amount of time at the dealership until the part arrived. I expect better from a Mercedes shop. I own a Lexus too and as soon as I go there, I am immediately received by an associate and am never left standing feeling if I am ever going to get anyone's attention. I hope the Bellevue Mercedes Benz service center improves its service and pays attention to its customers

The whole process of trading in an old truck for a new ride was incredible because the employees loved their jobs! Thomas Mioc is the next generation of vehicle sales people. Is one hour $200 labor too expensive or normal? Yesterday I went there for passenger side airbag recall which is free. At the same time I requested to replace passenger side rear lamp. Totally 2.5 hours spent including half hours washing car. So I guess around one hour was spent on replacing the lamp. And I was charged $200+tax labor fee. AutoNation Collision Center quoted 0.5 hour. I understood it could take twice time here but not three or four times since anyway, replacing airbag needs time.

The car was damaged in a very specific and hard to reach spot during the recall repair. When I went back to dealership for the third time to resolve it, both the customer service representative and service manager questioned that they did the damaged and said ? as a courtesy we will fix it this time? Not only was I made to feel that I was taking advantage of them but they refused to take responsibility for something that clearly happened during the repair. The service representative was extremely unprofessional and as result of this experience I will no longer go back for service or new purchase.

After reading many of the reviews of this dealership I understand why we were treated with such disrespect. After spending many hours at the dealership working out details of the sale of a used car for our daughter, we decided to Help her make the purchase. We sent in the signed paperwork and were on our way in at an agreed on appointment when we received a call that the the car was just sold to another buyer. The sales manager wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise when I tried to talk about what had happened. She also stated that this type of thing happens all the time. Unbelievable! I guess unless you are the uber rich, buying a new Mercedes you will get treated like a second class citizen.

We walked in and stood, ignored, for over ten minutes, while employees chatted with each other but not with customers and for sure not with us. Finally a woman, without a mask and without keeping her distance, walked over to ask us if we had an appointment. When we told her that we hadn't known we needed one, she told us that due to Covid safety precautions, we needed to have an appointment. That would have been easier to swallow had she or the bulk of the other employees been wearing masks...also a safety precaution, last I checked. I saw almost no one shopping but many employees, hardly any in face masks, and they continued to chat with each other and ignore us, so we left. We are in the market for a new GLC but will get it elsewhere. Horrible horrible customer service and oh yeah, you guys might want to put on your masks.

Service Assistants and Managers make an effort to satisfy customers and will at times go above expectations. On the less positive side are the personnel turnover and the reduction in shuttle service since Barrier sold to Auto Nation.

We just had our suv serviced last week. It also needed the front drivers seat repaired and while we were at it we asked if it could be detailed. Our service advisor Sarah Quinonez was amazing and kept us up to date until we picked it over the weekend even while she was out of the office. Insincere, incompetent, rude, unapologetic sales people with "do not give a xxxx about customer" managers which clearly shows why sales people turned out to be that way. You care only when you going to buy and put your money down, after that customer means nothing to you. Valuing customer is not just sending out BS follow up emails, what matters is how you address customers concerns and how you indeed treat them. I just believe you don't care. The only reason I am providing feedback is coz I was already your customer, I leased a Mercedes few years ago. This was my second time I came to your dealership and I don?t expect to get ripped off so I wanna let you know what kind of dealership you are. You sold me a faulty car by deception and extremely poor customer service following up: 1) first in test drive when I asked your sales guy why TPMS light is on, he said it?s because weather is cold and it will go off after driving. It didn?t go off, and when I was purchasing car I asked him to check that sensor to make sure it is working, he came back said sensor is fine it is just needed to be reset by infiniti dealership then it will be fine. Probably he didn?t expect me to go to infniti dealership the next day after purchase and figure out he was lying to me. Other problems showed up on the car like brakes start making noise and when I showed it to other mechanic they said rotors and brakes all need to change immediately. That tells me either how crappy your inspection is or how insincere you people are. 2) After my purchase, next day I realized one of fug lights is off. Sales guy told me bring the car to service we will fix it right away. I gave him exact time (8:30 am) to bring the car and he confirmed. However, when I brought the car @ 8:30 am apparently he did not check with service department and no appointment was set for me which I expected it should've happened, as a result of this mess, the part was not in house so they had to order it so my trip was completely waste of my time with hassle. According to your service guy if the part was already in house the job would not take more than few minutes of my time instead of ended up with no car and taking back and forth uber. When I brought this up to your sales guy, he even didn?t bother to apologize for this headache coz of his lousy unprofessional customer care job. Even after they fixed the light, nobody even gives a xxxx to call me the car is ready for pickup. Anyways I was able to figure all these faults within 5 days of purchase and returned the car on time and did not let you treat me as stupid person to be taken advantage of. So screw you, you definitely lost my business all for good and never ever recommend to anyone to go to you for any purchase. Just having Mercedes title doesn?t make you got high standard levels and ethics.

Checked in at 1:40 took 1 hr to check in . Didn?t leave that dealership until 5:30 with a toddler . No one said hey this is where our waiting room is . No one communicates effectively. Guy was new ok I get it but after they all saw how long the check in was going someone could have stepped in . Asked for a loaner they said no , I understood why . So I asked for shuttle . Another nightmare in itself . Asked how to change radio station in my car No one knew .

We purchased the car less than 1 year ago with an extended 2 year warranty. I took the car in to have the emergency brake adjusted and after dropping the car off, didn't hear back on their diagnosis for almost 2 days. The service rep was uncommunicative and after that time I reached out to the service manager (Eric Gordon - the only saving grace to Autonation / Bellevue Mercedes); he said he'd look into it and get back to me promptly (which he did). Yes, the assemly would need to be replaced and they would cover the entire cost. He said he or one of the team would get back to me the next day with a completion time. I hear from the original service rep the next day saying that the "assembly needs to be replaced, he can't find any record of my warranty, and that I would be responsible for the entire $1,100." At this point, Eric (service mgr) gets involved again and clears up the situation for the rep (Malachi). When checking out Malachi proceeds to justify his lack of communication and knowledge of my file. He asks me 4 different times for a favorable review and gets frustrated when I point out how where he and Autonation fell short in the process. Here's the recommendation, "Don't get stuck with Malachi". Ask for the service manager, Eric Gordon.

The quality of this place has gone down: 1. Normally I drive in , wait in my car, a sales person will come in 2 min, check from a list, tag the car and then walk you to the service manager. This appt, no one showed up, went to the front desk where I was waiting for 10 min even when there were 2 reps(and an add like 3rd one who showed up after few min) and just 1 car ahead of me. 2. Tire pressure was not checked, as soon as I drove out after servicing the low pressure indicator turned on 3. I was willing to wait for 2 hrs, for a bulb replacement (had to leave by 12 and my appt was at 9:40 am), yet the service manager told me that it was not enough time to wash my car and marked the request as do not wash. All work was completed at 11:15 and obviously the car was not washed.

I brought my 2019 C300 for comp service and to adjust the windshield wipers. The left wiper chatters across the windshield during any rain. They advised that there was nothing wrong. When I left the dealer it was worse than when I brought it in. It was so obvious. If I would have noticed this issue before buying the Mercedes, I would have not bought it. This should not happen to a luxury car. I would not recommend this service center.

Dropped off my car for service. Was not provided a list of what would be done to the vehicle, not a cost estimate. Service was completed in under 3 hours. Picked up my vehicle, and was not provided an invoice until I asked for one (they were, however, quick to take my payment card). Only after I had paid the invoice and requested a breakdown of the service was I provided the invoice. No offer was made to walk me through. The service rep did ask where my gas tank was at (full, why do you ask), because he thought it prudent to add a fuel additive. When I said I would appreciate him running those things by me first, no offer was made to a) adjust the invoice, or b) apologize for not consulting with me. I packed up to leave, and the only other words spoken to me were goodbye. MB, I expect more. Please do better.

I bought a very expensive car here and you would expect the best possible service ever. The salesperson was ok, I had to wait almost 2hs for a cash operation (nonsense). I also purchased a few extras and the windshield hydrophobic protection. Because I was on vacation that week (around holidays) I asked them to keep the car and apply the protection (it's a 30m work) before delivering the car. The next day after multiple attempts I picked up the car. The protection wasn't applied, the car was dirty and had some scratches on the inside. The salesperson didn't even bother to make it right and asked me for a 10/10 review!. It took them another week to set up an "appointment" to apply the windshield protection. I had to wait for over two hours to get the service done. The worst part is that the protection is not hydrophobic. The manager offered me some goodies to make it right, when I asked them about it they said "the person is not in the office today" - how convenient. This dealership is really bad and I am considering on doing the maintenance in Lynwood in the future.

In 2019 alone, my GL550 has been in the shop 8 times for the same issue. It shutters/shakes at highway speeds. On the 7th time and $5000 later, I find out this is a known issue. The reasons/service performed on the vehicle make no sense and they have done the same thing multiple times. Replaced all the tires/wheels 2x, alignments multiple times, replaced gas cap, cleaned wheels and balanced the tires, replaced brake pads, wrong fluid levels, replaced spark plugs, took wheels off and on. It seems that Mercedes would want to Lemon this car rather than perform/invest labor on it.

I visited this dealership twice for test driving a certain model of the car. Both times, I told the sales agent that I want to upgrade my car to this specific model and to let me know if there is availability in the inventory. There was NO response (no email, no call) from anyone both times. Either the guys there are not interested in selling the vehicles or they dont have time to look through their inventory. Poor customer service (not even including details about long wait times).

They sold us a clear plate service (in house vendor) for our brand new E63s AMG only to take off the badges off and not put it back on because of "liability" reasons. The clear plate process took 2.5 months to complete as a result. Reached out to the dealership but it took over a month for them to offer any type of a resolution and they refused to make things right to satisfy their customer's complaint. It was their profit first, customer second. We will never return to this dealership to purchase a vehicle ever again.

On Aug 2 I brought my R350 to Benz of Bellevue to be diagnosed and the service advisor Sarah said she will call me later with the results. 2 hours later she told me my vehicle need all 4 wheel speed sensors replaced. Cost was $1722 +tax. The price was high so I asked if there was a 10% discount and also for a draft of invoice or list of the parts & fees. She started to get unhappy and angry at me and wouldn’t give me an exact price or details. After talking for like 20 minutes she hung up and few minutes later she texted me that the parts and labor total is $2166. I was so angry and frustrated because on the phone she gave me numbers $1586 + tax and just because I asked for an invoice or just a list of parts/prices that she wouldn’t give me, she raised the price by several hundred. I was so frustrated that she made the price higher than before by so much! I ended up going to Benz of Seattle that gave a very fair price for the same work as well as detailed papers showing parts/prices. Great people and very helpful. They also didn’t get frustrated because I ask clarifying questions or because of my accent and my English isn’t perfect. Also did not get angry at me or raise the price by $500 because Waste of time and $200 by bringing my car to Benz of Bellevue to get a diagnosis but no details or help. Just an bad experience and terrible service leaving me angry and unsure about what happened to my car and what needs to be replaced.

I made an appointment for my gl450 airbag recall service but advisor told me that they did not have the part so they are looking for "compatible part" because I made an appointment online. I think they should be able to check my reason for my appointment and may be order the part or at least give me a call to let me know that they have to order the part. Now I have this "compatible" part installed and don't even feel "safer". Then I pointed out that I have 2 problems with my car and my little parking light went out. Advisor quoted $170 per problem to check and also YES they will charge you for changing your light bulb. All I can say is that this dealership or Mercedes Benz is not customer oriented but to get every dollar from your client for every service. Clients pay such money to purchase MB for customer service and it's quality not just your fancy looking dealership looking for ways to make money out of your loyal clients.

Phone system needed to improve, Why all the phone calls went to a call center but not Mercedes Bellevue office? I called more than 3 times just want to get someone to give me an idea when I can pick up my car but voice mail box was full. Phone system need to improve to avoid customer's complain.

Great professionals. I bought a part that ended up to be wrong and after two hours of them trying to fit, they gave up and did not charge me for the work. Very professionals. I always go there for servicing and every time I have a great experience.

I have just signed a lease of a Benz C300 2019, it is a fantastic car. It is driving smoothly, and really powerful, the whole system is fully satisfied my requirements. The guy who helped me is Malachi Lucey, he is a really really nice person, and I would really appreciate his help. He showed me all the features of C300, and let me test drive it. I have specific requirements to upgrade the sound system, want to have a big screen. He helped me find the perfect car based on my requirements. If you want to find a person who can help you to find your dream car, he is the right one!

It took me 7 hours for service A instead of 2-3 hours as promised and the 2 complaints I had was not fixed despite the wait. Car wash was not done too. The service consultant was gone way ahead of what time we agreed to meet up and do some brief on the status of the pending repair. Very poor service!

I went here literally an hour before closing and check out a used car, it was nice Ryan Libiche was so awesome and didn't in any way make me feel uncomfortable and let me know they were technically closed. I didn't get out of there til sometime almost close to 10pm with all the paperwork etc. and the credit guy he was so nice as well. I loved the fact that I was able to go in there not be pushed to buy something else and be rushed since it was so late. I definitely will be back.

At the time I bought my car from this dealer in 2016 I paid for four years of service. Yesterday I had the car serviced, as scheduled, for the third time. When I went to pickup the car my advisor told me, while obviously rushed and focused on other matters, that everything was fine, including brakes, tire wear, air pressure, fluid levels, upgrading of software, etc. I left and started to drive home, but immediately noticed the instrument panel indicated that the tire pressures were grossly incorrect. I returned to the service area. The service advisor never came., but a nice young man asked me how he could help and I told him. He then pumped the tires to the appropriate pressures, apologizing for the poor quality of service I'd received. If the mechanic who "worked" on my car didn't even get the tire pressures correct, do I have any confidence that the rest of the service was done properly? NO! Would you?

Alexa in service department was so caring and professional. We were traveling when a check engine light came on. Alexa got our car in to figure out what was wrong plus she gave us a nice loaner car. Thank goodness problem wasn’t something extensive and she had us back on the road that evening. Then she called the next day to see if car was still okay. Alexa is a great ambassador for Bellvue MB.

Since ownership change to Auto Nation, there’s been a vast decline in service and attitude. Service experience prior to Auto Nation was always A on all levels. Recently tho, made an appointment and was told when I got there they didn’t have me down on the schedule & was considered a “drop in,” and was treated accordingly. Then the excuses followed from “we don’t have enough technicians,” “our computers are down,” “our computers are slow,” to “we’ve changed call-in services & are experiencing problems.” Not a good idea to tell a customer such things. Given an estimate for work of $200, “could be more, could be less.” Upon pick up, never given detailed estimate ahead of schedule was $1900...way far off I must say. Could go on. On the positive side, shuttle service with driver Romeo was Excellent-efficient and timely-he was the best part of the service experience!
